A personalised consultation to assess your skin, discuss your concerns, and create a tailored treatment plan based on your goals.
Cancellation Policy
You must be 18 years of age or older You must disclose your full medical history You agree to follow pre-treatment and aftercare guidelines A mandatory initial consultation is needed We reserve the right to decline or modify any plan if we consider it unsafe or unlikely to meet reasonable expectations. Full plan payment or agreed deposit is required to secure your schedule Any additional treatments or products purchased outside the agreed plan are charged separately Provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without charge Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit your deposit or incur 50% of the treatment fee No-shows without notice incur 100% of the treatment fee If we must cancel due to illness or emergency, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer rescheduling or a full refund If you experience adverse reactions, contact us immediately, but we are not liable for reactions arising from undisclosed conditions or non-compliance We reserve the right to stop treatment at any time if safety is a concern We process your personal and health information in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 Your plan is valid for the period agreed, typically 6-12 weeks from the 1st treatment Unused sessions expire at the plan end date and are non-refundable
